1. Remove 3^rd Party Toolbars
2. Disable Your Laptop Microphone (Time: = 1:53; Size: = 3.2 mb)
3. Make Centra a Trusted Site in I.E. 7 (Time: = 1:13; Size: = 3.8 mb)
4. Set the Pop-up Blocker in I.E. 7 (Time: = 0:54; Size: = 1.3 mb)
5. Delete the Browser History in I.E. 7 (Time: = 1:57; Size: = 2.3 mb)
