This past weekend MOREnet applied a service pack
update to the Centra Conferencing System. This update
requires that users update the Centra client on
their computer used for Centra Events. While this
process *should* happen transparently the next time you
Don't assume it. ETCS encourages you to run this task manually
at least 24 hours prior to your next Centra event.
- Go to the Centra login page,
(opens in a new window).
- Click on the "System Check" link
in the banner at the top.
- Proceed through the System Check just like you
did when first setting up for Centra.
This action should update the
Centra client on your computer.
