Compatibility Problem Between Centra and the Upcoming I.E. 7 Release from Microsoft!

According to a communication from Rebecca Wall at MOREnet, the new Internet Explorer v.7 from Microsoft is not yet a supported browser for Centra. Users are reporting problems with completing the System Check and viewing recordings.

Centra Support is currently working to develop a patch that will fix this problem, but in the meantime it looks like IE7 may cause problems for your Centra events.

Concurrent with this issue we've received notice that Microsoft is releasing IE7 this month via the Automatic Updates feature for Windows XP SP2. Microsoft says you will receive a warning message prior to starting the update so that you may refuse it if you wish to. We encourage you to refuse the installation of IE7 at this time. As more information becomes available, ETCS will share it with you.
