Microsoft has tutorials available on their Website for all their Office products.  For training on Office 2003 (or previous versions) click here, http://office.microsoft.com/training/default.aspx?CTT=6&Origin=EC790020111033 and then choose from the list in the middle of the page.  The site only works with MS Internet Explorer.
