Staff Changes

There are a number of staff changes happening at ETCS in the month of March.

Carol Palo, who has worked for the University nearly 30 years, is retiring. Her last day in the office is March 31, 2010. Carol and her husband are retiring to the sunny state of Florida and we wish them the best.

Due to an unforeseen medical condition this last spring, Jeanne Meyer is now out on medical leave and will not be returning to the University.

ETCS welcomes Sharon King as our administrative associate. Sharon comes to us from the state of Missouri Procurement department. She will be assuming Jeanne and Carol’s responsibilities. Sharon’s first day with ETCS will be March 26, 2010.

Ed. Note: Beginning on March 26th please forward your Adobe Connect requests to Steve Giesel giesels@missouri.edu. I will handle the requests until I can get Sharon trained on the Adobe Connect system. Thanks.

ETCS also welcomes Sangeeta Kumar as our programmer analyst position. Sangeeta will be replacing Kirk Sumpter who retired last spring. Sangeeta will primarily be working on the Continuing Education Information System (CEIS). Sangeeta’s first day with ETCS will be March 22, 2010.

Now for the really good news, the ETCS calling tree is being removed and you will get to talk to a real human again. Below are all of our direct numbers.
